1 General Provisions & Definitions

In this document, "btg88", "platform", "we" or "us" refers to btg88 and its operating entities. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person registered on the platform.

btg88 is an online betting and casino platform that provides various entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep users' data and financial information secure, and operates under a fair play policy.

These terms apply within the framework of the existing laws and regulations of Bangladesh. btg88 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time with prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the new terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To create an account and use services on btg88, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age — this platform is for people aged 21 and above only.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Each user may only create one account.
• Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility.
• Accounts may not be transferred or rented to third parties.

If the information provided at registration is found to be false or incorrect, btg88 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

btg88 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time when required. If an identity verification request is made, the user may need to provide one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport or driving licence
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Document proving ownership of the payment method

If verification is not completed within the specified time, btg88 may temporarily suspend the account and restrict transactions.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on btg88:

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same (i.e., if you deposited via bKash, you must withdraw via bKash).
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• In the event of a chargeback or fraud, btg88 reserves the right to close the account.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

btg88 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. To claim these benefits, the following conditions must be met:

Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000. For deposits of ৳16,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 applies — total balance ৳31,000.

• Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = you must wager ৳20,000 to withdraw your bonus winnings.
• Each bonus offer may have a separate expiry period — expired bonuses will be cancelled.
• If a withdrawal is requested without meeting the bonus conditions, the bonus may be forfeited.
• It may not be possible to activate another bonus while one bonus is already active.
• Bonuses are for use in your own account only — they are non-transferable.

btg88 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. If a member appears to be abusing the bonus system, btg88 may investigate the account and take necessary action.

6 VIP Program Terms

btg88's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to a maximum of 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to a maximum of 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to a maximum of 1.2%.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's activity and contributions. btg88 reserves the right to change the VIP program rules at any time. VIP benefits cannot under any circumstances be converted to cash — they are usable within the platform only.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btg88 platform:

• Fraud, deception, or any form of dishonest conduct.
• Betting using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account or hacking.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Manipulating the bonus system or using bonuses against the terms.
• Using multiple accounts to gain benefits.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Any attempt to harass or harm other members.

Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account, and all balances and rewards may be forfeited. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.

8 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on the btg88 platform:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except in the event of a technical issue on the platform).
• btg88 reserves the right to void any quotation or odds issued incorrectly due to a technical error.
• The decision of the relevant sports authority is considered final in determining the outcome of a match.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to btg88's established rules.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.

Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to ensure fair play in casino games.

9 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

btg88 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing incorrect information.
• For security-related reasons.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion process).

In the case of pending withdrawals before account closure, btg88 will complete an investigation. If fraud is not proven, the legitimate balance will be returned. Users may also request account closure at any time — please contact the support team in that case.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

14 Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks on the btg88 platform are the intellectual property of btg88 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use this content commercially without permission.

Game software is the intellectual property of the respective providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others.
